Monthly Mindfulness Meditation Group
Every month group teacher(s) will facilitate various mindfulness meditation practices such as:
Affirmations (in a meditative state)
Sharing readings & teachings
To help slow your pace, ground your energy, calm your mind, and regulate your nervous system.
This group is geared toward beginners yet more seasoned intermediates are welcome to join us!
If you feel like your mind is always out of control or that you are chronically stressed but powerless to intervene and have heard about the benefits of mindfulness, but don't know where to begin, this group is for you. This group is also designed for those who don't have enough quiet space in their lives to relax, to ponder, to let experiences digest, to restore, and to "just be" in supportive community.
