Analytical Psychology
The “missing link” in my integrative approach to psychotherapy, this is a rich and necessary lens that has reconfigured key understandings and useful ways of working over these last two years of study and practice. Carl Jung, a close collaborator of Freud’s, developed his own original ideas over the course of an engaged life in what was then the emerging field of talk therapy. A depth-oriented approach evolved out of this engagement that incorporates a way of working with unconscious material and motivation as well as unlocks a deeper exploration of clients’ internal lives.
