Monthly Mindfulness is on a break!
We will be resuming with an all-new FULLY VIRTUAL format fall 2024 and spring 2025.
Our 90-minute group features opening and closing rituals, meditative mindfulness practices, and psychoeducation opportunities.
We develop quarterly themes to explore a particular topic over the course of 3 Monthly Mindfulness sessions. Monthly Mindfulness will be facilitated by Jessa Choi and co-facilitated by Sarah McKelvey. We create a relaxing environment and do embodiment exercises such as seated and moving meditation, breathwork, group processing, and other practices to explore the mind, feelings, and presence. We use sound, music, lighting, aromatherapy, and other somatic, or sensory, tools to inspire relaxation, inspiration, calm and beauty, and to explore our human experience in a nonjudgmental environment. |
