Join us at Monthly Mindfulness - a small group experience focused on embodied mindfulness practices, hosted monthly on the 2nd Saturday of the month, from 1130-1pm and now we are also hosting a virtual format on the 4th Saturday of the month, from 1130-1pm by Center for Higher Consciousness!

Our 90-minute group features opening and closing rituals, meditative mindfulness practices, and psychoeducation opportunities.
We develop quarterly themes to explore a particular topic over the course of 3 Monthly Mindfulness sessions.
Our current topic is Self-Awareness and Metacognition.
Monthly Mindfulness is facilitated and co-facilitated by Travis May, Sarah McKelvey, and/or Mark Littlefield.
We create a relaxing environment and do embodiment exercises such as seated and moving meditation, breathwork, group processing, and other practices to explore the mind, feelings, and presence. We use sound, music, lighting, aromatherapy, and other somatic, or sensory, tools to inspire relaxation, inspiration, calm and beauty, and to explore our human experience in a nonjudgmental environment.
