Therapy is a powerful method that cultivates mindful awareness and offers a safe, nurturing space to work through our personal issues. The experience of therapy fosters our innate capacities, our ability to adapt and to thrive, and helps us be better able to choose our life rather than be dictated by our past conditioning or our circumstances.   

Beyond managing symptoms or modifying behaviors, a depth-oriented, relational counseling approach such as what I practice, unfolds a deep and honest understanding of your experiences, the truer nature of who you are, what you're up to, and who you could become.

Sarah is a dedicated clinician to a small clinical caseload. Her rate is $165/session.
